Payment and Refund Policy:
Your deposit of $40 is due on the day of to secure your scheduled date. The final payment is due the day before pickup. Payments can be sent via cash app to $bakemeacakecharlotte, invoice, or Apple Pay 704-299-1752.
Please read the terms and conditions. All orders not paid by the due date(s) will be canceled.
Retainers and Payments:
Unless otherwise stated, all orders are due to be paid out the day prior to pick up. Wedding cakes 2 weeks prior to your wedding. All other orders require a 50% retainer at least two (2) weeks prior to the event and the remaining 50% due one (1) day prior to the event. If the second payment is not paid, your order will be canceled and no refunds will be given. Other types of equipment or borrowed items require an additional down payment to be refunded when items are returned. Late orders (less than 7 days before the event) must be paid in full at the time of order. All monies paid become non-refundable 7 days before the event.
Delivery and Setup:
Deliveries within a 20-mile radius of Bake Me A Cake’s current location require $25 to be paid with final payment. An adult must be present at the time of delivery. Additional $25 if redelivery is needed. Deliveries outside of a 20-mile radius will be determined at the time of order.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing no later than 7 days prior to the event. Refunds will not be issued after for any reason including but not limited to personal emergencies of Bake Me A Cake or customer, illness, event cancellation, inclement weather, or acts of God.
If the order form is not filled out correctly or not filled out ALL no order will be filled and you forfeit your deposit. All other money will be refunded. Please follow up no earlier than 3 days prior to your event. Wednesday the week of your event. I do not work Mondays or Tuesdays! No calls before 10 am or after 9 pm. Please not send multiple text messages. I will return your calls and/or text at my earliest convenience.
Late cake pickups will be charged accordingly. $15 per hour you are late. The time on your order form is your expected pick-up time and date (unless otherwise discussed beforehand).
